English Language Arts: Secondary School

A Secondary School Language Arts Teacher instructs students in grades 9-12 in various aspects of English language arts, including reading, writing, literature, and communication skills. This role involves creating engaging lesson plans, assessing student performance, and fostering a supportive learning environment to help students develop strong language and analytical skills.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Certification: Teaching certification for secondary education in language arts.
  • Experience: Previous teaching experience at the secondary school level is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of English language and literature.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans.
    • Proficiency in using technology for educational purposes.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to manage a classroom and handle disciplinary issues effectively.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
  • Attend after-school meetings, school events, or professional development sessions will be required.
  • Classroom setting within a secondary school environment.

Middle & Secondary School Science Teacher

A Science Teacher instructs students in grades 7-12 in various aspects of science, including biology, chemistry, physics, and earth sciences. This role involves creating engaging lesson plans, assessing student performance, and fostering a supportive learning environment to help students develop a deep understanding of scientific concepts and analytical skills.

Middle & Secondary School Mathematics Teacher

A Mathematics Teacher instructs students in grades 7-12 in various aspects of mathematics, including algebra, geometry, calculus, and statistics. This role involves creating engaging lesson plans, assessing student performance, and fostering a supportive learning environment to help students develop strong mathematical and problem-solving skills.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Mathematics, Education, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Certification: Teaching certification for middle and secondary education in science or mathematics.
  • Experience: Previous teaching experience at the secondary school level is preferred.
